Great sales from Lee, not at all pushy and super helpful. Wont bother going back to VW ever again as they were the complete opposite and didn't care. Lee took the time to find out what I wanted and the spec required and found me one in no time and it was delivered just a bit longer than anticipated but was always kept up to date with everything. The admin team were great and Holly was really helpful. We will definitely use Vanaways again to supply our business vehicles.

I am thinking about getting a van for my business and I made contact with Vanaways having read their good reviews. Jake Wheelock made contact with me to work through what I wanted. Jake is a credit to Vanaways. He listened to all of my needs and came back with several really good options. Having went through them in detail with me, I decided to change the requirement slightly, and once again, Jake came back with some even better options. I highly recommend dealing with Jake. He is very knowledgeable about what he is selling, but he is not pushy at all. He let me take my time, and tried his best to guide me through the process. We emailed an enquiry on a Monday evening and a new Pre-Reg L3H2 van to meet our specification was delivered to our doorstep midday on Friday the same week. You can't get a better service than that. I recently put an order for 3 vans from Stuart at Vanaways and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, Stuart was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect van for my business.Stuart was patient and answered all of my questions, never once making me feel rushed or pressured. He was transparent throughout the entire process, explaining all the details and costs involved in purchasing the van. I felt confident that I was making an informed decision with Stuart's guidance.I had to pay a £500 holding deposit for each van as they are in short supply and high demand. Stuart said if it wasn't right for us for any reason he would refund the deposit in full.6 weeks later and when the vans were nearly ready for delivery our finance was only approved for 1 of the 3 vans and it wasn't looking like it was the right time for us. Just bought a new Nissan navara, spoke to Rhys in sales and agreed a part ex price for my transit tipper. Very simple, professional and straight forward with good updates throughout. New truck delivered in just over a week from start to finish and they collected our part ex. Very happy and would definitely recommend, i will be speaking with them again in the new year about another truck.

We were looking for a brand new pick up (Navara) in a specific colour and spec. Local dealer not very helpful, only silver, not the right spec if ordered now may be one in October/November nothing in the system!!!!
OK plan B the internet came across Van Sales UK we spoke to Lee in sales on 29/06 and from our first discussions and quotation he was very positive and professional competitive price and finance proposal checking for colour and spec plus any extras and availability. Could fulfil all our requirements
Confirmed all the information and secured the vehicle with a nominal deposit
Passed onto Mollie who looked after our order and kept us informed all the way. Vehicle arrived extras being fitted tow bar and protection pack, payment received date for delivery, and delivered on the day Monday 30//07
All ran like clockwork very impressed.If you are looking for a vehicle would look no further highly recommend
