Van Sales UK, Driven Leasing and Asset Funding UK are trading styles of Vanaways UK Limited who are authorised
and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under Firm Reference Number 940695

- We act as a credit broker, not a lender.
- We act as an agent of the lenders when offering and arranging finance.
- We may receive a commission payment from the lender when arranging finance.
- When you provide us your details to obtain credit we will submit to a lender who will carry out a credit
  check and an affordability assessment.
- You are responsible for deciding whether the agreement offered and its terms are suitable for you.

Who we are

Vanaways UK Limited is a registered company in the UK, Company registration number 09467651 and are based at
Unit 10, Garanor Way, Royal Portbury Docks, Bristol, BS20 7XE.

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number 940695).

We take data protection seriously and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office on the Data
Protection Register – Registration Number ZA171670

What finance packages can we offer?

Vanaways UK Limited is a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a carefully selected group of
lenders who may be able to assist in offering finance for your vehicle. Our panel of lenders is able to offer you various
finance products, including but not limited to; Hire Purchase, Finance Lease, Contract Hire, and Lease Purchase.

-  We will arrange finance on your behalf but the finance provider will decide which finance product they are
happy to offer you based on a number of factors including your risk profile.
-  We are not financial advisors and do not offer financial advice.
-  You are responsible for deciding whether any finance product offered is suitable and meets your needs. If
you are unsure you should seek professional third-party advice before proceeding.
-  The decision as to whether to enter into any credit agreement on the terms offered is yours.
-  We act as an agent of the finance company. We are not acting on your behalf although we will work to
ensure that your interests are considered at all times and you are treated fairly.
-  We may receive a commission payment from the lender when arranging finance.

What will you have to pay us for our services?

When acting as a credit broker we rely on commission and fees when arranging a car on contract hire, we reserve the
right to charge an arrangement fee not exceeding £200 + VAT (£240). This fee is charged for our services to arrange
the sale, order the vehicle, arranging the finance and arranging free delivery to you.

How do I complain?

You can make a complaint by contacting us in writing at Vanaways UK Ltd, Unit 10, Garanor Way, Royal Portbury

We aim to resolve your complaint in a timely and professional manner. You are also able to take advantage of the
BVRLA Conciliation Service to help resolve your issue, details of this found at www.bvrla.co.uk . If you are still not
satisfied then you are entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London. E14 9SR.
