Mollie joined Vanaways in 2016 as the company’s very first employee, stepping into the role of Office Manager at the very start of its journey. From those early foundations, she quickly became an essential part of the team, helping to build the operational structure and establish the day to day processes that supported the business through its formative years.
As Vanaways expanded, Mollie's role evolved in step with the company’s growth. Her progression to Operations Director reflects her deep understanding of the business, alongside her ability to adapt, lead, and continually enhance how the organisation operates.
Vanaways Director Chris Jakeways describes Mollie as the “backbone of Vanaways”, highlighting her unwavering commitment, hands on approach, and willingness to take on any challenge. He credits her with playing a central role in shaping the company’s operations from the ground up and remaining a constant force throughout its development.
