Vanaways has successfully completed the rapid deployment of more than 100 vans for a national automotive parts distributor, demonstrating its capability to deliver large-scale fleet solutions with speed, precision, and full operational coordination.
Faced with an urgent requirement to replace a significant portion of its fleet, the customer needed a partner capable of delivering vehicles quickly while maintaining high standards across every stage of the process. Vanaways responded by supplying 110 brand-new Citroën Berlingo panel vans directly from stock, eliminating the extended lead times often associated with large fleet orders.
To streamline preparation and ensure consistency, Vanaways secured a dedicated warehouse facility in Avonmouth. This centralised approach enabled all vehicles to be brought together in one location, allowing trusted partners to complete specialist installations efficiently and to the highest standards.
Vehicle livery was professionally applied by Brandfixx within a controlled environment, ensuring each van met strict quality and durability requirements. At the same time, Quartix installed tracking systems across the entire fleet, significantly reducing installation time by working on-site across multiple vehicles over just a few days.
Once fully prepared, the fleet was deployed nationwide, with each van delivered directly into the customer’s operational network. The vehicles are now in daily use, supporting the distribution of essential automotive parts across the UK.
The project was delivered in collaboration with a leasing partner, who structured the financial solution, while Vanaways managed the end-to-end operational process – from sourcing vehicles to preparation and nationwide rollout.
This latest deployment highlights Vanaways’ ability to manage complex, large-scale fleet projects by coordinating manufacturers, logistics providers, preparation partners, and finance specialists into a single, efficient operation.
Despite strong competition, Vanaways secured the contract and delivered the entire programme through its in-house team, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner for nationwide fleet operators.
