Vanaways Launches “Vanaways Connect” to Bring Localised Service to Customers Across the UK

Industry expert Ross Davies appointed General Manager to lead strategic rollout, beginning in South Wales

Bristol, UK – 14 August 2025 – Leading UK van retailer Vanaways is proud to announce the launch of Vanaways Connect, a new service proposition designed to strengthen the company’s regional presence while delivering its trademark scale, efficiency, and customer-first approach at a more local level.

Vanaways Connect will establish agile regional hubs across the UK, beginning with the first site in Bridgend, South Wales. Additional hubs will be introduced at pace throughout the UK as the initiative proves successful and attracts further interest. These hubs will provide dedicated, on-the-ground support to commercial customers, from small businesses to fleet operators, all while maintaining the nationwide buying power and operational excellence that Vanaways is known for.

To lead this bold new chapter, Vanaways has appointed Ross Davies as General Manager of Vanaways Connect. Ross brings over 14 years of experience in the motor trade, including senior roles at LCV Group (formerly Low Cost Vans). His deep sector knowledge, strategic mindset, and strong industry network make him ideally suited to shape the growth and success of Vanaways Connect from day one.

Ross commented: “I see my role in this vision as key part as the Vanaways Connect programme allows a national company to have a presence at a regional and local level. It provides outreach, promotes customer confidence and allows Vanaways to attract the best sales people, wherever they are based.”
